We welcome food and beverage vendors, western apparel, handmade goods, agricultural products, local businesses, nonprofits, and family-friendly activities that align with the Cadillac Ranch Rodeo experience.

Vendor booth space starts at $100 for a 15x10 space, which includes participation for both nights of the Cadillac Ranch Rodeo. Vendors who require additional space may request it during the application process at a rate of $20 for every additional 10 feet.

Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and we work to limit duplicate vendor categories to create a diverse vendor marketplace. Vendors will be contacted with payment details and next steps once their space availability is confirmed.

Yes. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise arranged.

Electricity is not provided. Vendors must supply their own power sources and any necessary equipment for their setup.

An email will be sent approximately one week prior to the event with event map, vendor load-in and load-out times, parking details, and general event procedures. For specific requests please email info@cadillacranchrodeo.com

Yes. To maintain a quality experience, vendor spots are limited and often fill quickly. Early application is encouraged.

Selected vendors may be featured on Cadillac Ranch Rodeo social media and marketing materials leading up to the event.

Yes. Approved vendors may have opportunities to participate in future Cadillac Ranch Rodeo events and seasonal experiences.
