Vendor booth space for the Cadillac Ranch Rodeo starts at $100 for a 15x10 vendor space, which includes both nights of rodeo action during our inaugural event. Vendors needing additional space may request it during the application process at a rate of $20 for every additional 10 feet.
Vendor spaces allow businesses to showcase products, food, merchandise, or services to thousands of attendees throughout the weekend. Vendors will have the opportunity to engage with rodeo fans, families, and visitors from Kings Mountain, Cleveland County, Gaston County, and the greater Charlotte region.
Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and we work to limit duplicate vendor categories to ensure a diverse vendor marketplace. Submitting a vendor interest form does not guarantee a vendor space, and vendors will be contacted with payment details and next steps once their space is confirmed.

Yes. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise arranged.
Electricity is not provided. Vendors must supply their own power sources and any necessary equipment for their setup.

Yes. To maintain a quality experience, vendor spots are limited and often fill quickly. Early application is encouraged.
Selected vendors may be featured on Cadillac Ranch Rodeo social media and marketing materials leading up to the event.
Yes. Approved vendors may have opportunities to participate in future Cadillac Ranch Rodeo events and seasonal experiences.
